10. Gift Card & Credit Note Policy

  • Gift Cards are emailed and redeemable only on induskirti.com.
  • Cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase other Gift Cards.
  • Balance exceeding Gift Card value must be paid via Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.
  • Credit Notes are non-transferable and valid only for the account holder.
  • Indus Kirti is not liable for lost/stolen Gift Cards. Policies may change without notice.

11. Order Cancell​ation

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or fraud concerns. Refunds/reversals (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days.

12. Shipping & Processing Fees

Charges cover packaging, handling, and delivery. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

13. Payment

  • Third-party payment gateways govern transactions.
  • Supporting documents (e.g., ID proof) may be requested to verify ownership of payment methods.

14. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Failure to accept delivery may incur additional shipping costs.
