Vihar Kriti, a brand of Nexus Exportify, is committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. We utilize registered and established courier companies for both domestic (within India) and international shipments.
No Return & Exchange Policy
As a policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped. All sales are final to maintain product integrity and quality standards.
However, in the rare event of:
- Wrongful Delivery: If the product delivered does not match the item in the order confirmation.
- Genuine Quality/Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a demonstrable quality issue or manufacturing defect.
- Damage in Transit: If the product was damaged during shipping.
Customers may contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue. Upon verification, we may provide a suitable resolution at our sole discretion.
Reporting Issues
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via:

After review, our team will determine the appropriate resolution, if applicable.
Non-Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- The customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- There have been three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner.
- The package is refused by the recipient.
- The customer changes their mind after the order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2-8 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size, volume, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after1 you provide the shipping address for your order.2
- Order Processing: All orders are processed from different locations across India, often directly from our artisan partners.
- Order Tracking: Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the order number on our website, through the "Track Order" link in the website footer.
- Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to us. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address, including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us3 deliver your order faster.
International Shipping

- Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are calculated based on the product's weight, dimensions, and the destination country. You will see the final shipping charges at the time of checkout.
- Customs and Duties: Please note that the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees levied by the destination country. Indus Kirti is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- Order Tracking: International orders can be tracked using the provided tracking number on the courier company's website.

We offer various payment methods for both domestic and international orders, including:

Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only. 100% of the amount will be returned within 7-8 working days.
